An exciting part-time opportunity as a Human Resources Consultant is available!

Applicants for this position must reside in Minnesota or Illinois to be considered for this position.

Overview:

  • Design and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs for clients.
  • Provide expert advice, counsel, and implementation support to clients.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and HR service providers, including Benefits, Payroll, and HR Technology Providers.
  • Develop and maintain HR compliance documents such as Employee Handbooks.
  • Oversee employment processing and onboarding procedures.
  • Coordinate training programs for client organizations.
  • Implement performance management systems and strategies.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs for clients.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to clients.
  • Promote HR practices and objectives that foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve goals related to HR standards and productivity.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple client projects.
  • Provide administrative support for the region, including project management, invoicing, and maintaining client information in CRM systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
  • Adapt to the unique needs and challenges of each client organization.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive HR solutions to clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to better serve clients.
  • Uphold professional standards and ethical practices in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
