Overview:
- Design and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs for clients.
- Provide expert advice, counsel, and implementation support to clients.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and HR service providers, including Benefits, Payroll, and HR Technology Providers.
- Develop and maintain HR compliance documents such as Employee Handbooks.
- Oversee employment processing and onboarding procedures.
- Coordinate training programs for client organizations.
- Implement performance management systems and strategies.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs for clients.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to clients.
- Promote HR practices and objectives that foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve goals related to HR standards and productivity.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple client projects.
- Provide administrative support for the region, including project management, invoicing, and maintaining client information in CRM systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
- Adapt to the unique needs and challenges of each client organization.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive HR solutions to clients.
